Anything that goes out of our control scares us. We don’t want people to judge us but we judge others without having a conversation and when they do the same to us it scares us.

When things don’t go as we want them to go we get scared. We don’t need anyone in our lives but at the same time when someone loved one goes out of our lives, we get sacred.
All this can’t scare us until we don’t think of the consequences.
For instance, when in a relationship we scared of losing his/her to someone else and when not in a relationship we scared of losing his/her again to someone else.
So what difference does it makes when your fear remains the same.

Basically, fear is in your mind and not because of someone else. Your state of mind defines your actions and your actions define your state of emotion.
You can’t control someone’s presence and its influence in your life but you can control the consequence.
Anyone can have a fear of anything at any time but it’s more important to overcome that fear every time.
